Eight weeks didn’t sound that bad at the start of the challenge, but now that it is finally ending I am pleased to take some of the pressure off. You could have probably labeled me as a hater or skeptic in the first couple of weeks. I really didn’t think I would have anything to say or to show for the challenge, so the fact that I am able to speak on my overall experience is shocking to me. When I was most doubtful, I figured I would play the victim role in my story of experiencing the challenge. However, if I did go ahead and mention how last year I gained 20lbs right after I lost the 15lbs I worked incredibly hard for on my own over that summer, or the fact that I am still suffering from a concussion that happened exactly one year ago and has prevented me from exercising, then I’m afraid I might get sympathy instead of excitement as your reaction to this review.
YOR Health has provided me with an opportunity to safely take supplements and challenge myself for eight weeks. Over the two month period, I consistently drank the meal replacement shakes for breakfast (vanilla with a touch of cinnamon is my favorite!) and had SuperGreens as a snack or with lunch. I also made attempts to take a Digest Ultra pill whenever I ate lunch and dinner, or just any meal that wasn’t a shake. The results during the first couple of weeks were not very convincing. Fortunately, when I found out the typical results for those that use the “Core” set were very similar to what I was experiencing, it not only eased my mind but I became patient for the first time EVER. From my previous weight loss trials, I quickly discovered that patience is something I completely lack (or so I thought) because I always want to see the numbers on the scale go down immediately. This time around, I stuck to a program and focused on my health for eight weeks (with ups and downs) and managed to lose nine pounds without trying as hard as I’ve had to with other programs. My life is pretty busy these days with graduate school and coaching, so I enjoyed the convenience of the meal replacement shakes and the freedom to choose my own meals without feeling confined to a specific regimen. I proved to myself that I can make smart/healthy eating decisions even without the luxury of participating in regular exercise to help burn calories. It’s tough to complain about keeping a normal life and still losing weight at a healthy pace. I hope to continue my success in the months to come and eventually settle at a weight and lifestyle that is right for me.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
