So I started this challenge at 165 pounds, and finished at 169; a few pounds short of my goal. But I feel incredible! I take almost the entire product line - MRP (once - twice/day), Muscle Energy, Fiber, Supergreens, Digest Ultra, and Repair on a daily basis. I also work out 5 days a week.

Now as far as the challenge, it has done so much for and my well-being. First off, the accountability and increased motivation the challenge gives me continues to push my fitness to the next level. On top of how great my body feels inside and out thanks to the product line, to be able to consistently be in the gym adds such a good energy to my life. I can thank Yor Best Body challenge for an increase in confidence and positive energy because it has helped my stay fit and continuously push myself to get better. At thirty years old, I can truly say I feel the best I ever have in my life, and I really am transforming into the best body of my life.

I love being apart of the challenge because while pushing myself, it seems like it always inspires others to get started in their fitness journey or also have an increased desire to take things to the next level. Can't wait for the next challenge!
