Empece el reto con mucha incertidumbre, no sabia a lo que me enfrentaba, de hecho mi primer reunión no la termine por que no entendia mucho este proyecto y estos eventos......
Despues de estas 8 semanas he aprendido que la vida da vueltas, que con apoyo y ayuda de tus compañeros de yor health puedes romper con todas esas excusas que te detenian a bajar de peso. Yo hace 4 años pesaba 175kg y llegue a pesar 120kg. Pense que ya no podria bajar mas y ahi que mantendría toda mi vida. Conoci yor health y el reto de 8 semanas y mi vida cambio, baje 13 kg en 8 semanas llegando a mi mejor peso de 109kg. Aqui es donde me doy cuenta que yor healt no es un proyecto.... yor healt es un estilo de vida y todo ese grupo de personas son la motivación que necesitas para poder terminar el reto.
