Hoy día 22 de noviembre 2013 termine mi segundo reto mi meta fue subir 4kg de masa muscular , aunque sólo subí 3.5 estoy muy contentó ya que aunque el abdomen no lo defino por completo , otras áreas del cuerpo si las definió más , como por ejemplo la espalda .
Y esto con ayuda de una deliciosa malteada de vainilla y vitaminas por la mañana antes del ejercicio y para después otra malteada junto con un buen desayuno y un berry blast y en transcurso del día utilice los digest ultra .y así fue duna te todo mi reto . Y lo a utilize por lo menos 5 días por semana. Y pienso que no hubiera rendido igual sino fuera gracias a YOR HEALTH ya que es más difícil cuando ya estas casado y con 2 hijos hermosos . Pero logre cumplir mi reto y voy por el siguiente .....
