Muy contento después de terminar mi primer ciclo en la categoría definir. Después de bajar 17 kilos en mis 2 ciclos anteriores (en la categoría adelgazar) decidí que era hora de empezar a definir y eliminar la grasa que me quedaba.
Yo pensaba que no había tenido muchos cambios porque mi meta es tener el abdomen marcado pero aunque no lo he logrado llevo 20 kilos menos de grasa y 3 kilos aumentados de músculo.
Hoy que ví las fotos en verdad me sorprendí ya que toda mi vida fuí gordo y nunca pensé tener los músculos que hoy en día estoy desarrollando.
Quiero agradecer a todos mis amigos y familiares que me han apoyado y aunque aún no logré tener mis ABS definidas voy a dar mi mejor esfuerzo para lograrlo en mi siguiente ciclo!!!
