Hola soy doctora tengo 29 años este es mi tercer ciclo y la verdad súper contenta por que baje 2 kilos y por que cada día me siento mejor tengo muchísima más energía y definitivamente la gastritis y colitis ya no son parte de mi. Inicio el día tomándome yor Shake con 1 medida de fibra y 1 medida de super greens , 3 tab de vitaminas a media mañana me tomo el berry para rendir mejor en el día en la tarde como normal y me tomo 1 enzima digestiva antes de los alimentos a media tarde como fruta y en la noche me tomo nuevamente el yor Shake con fibra y con súper greens.
