My excerise regime is five days at the gym each day with 50 minutes cardio, and weight training (three of these days are with a personal trainer) on my sixth day of training I cycle approx 60kms.

This challenge has impacted my life majorly it has given me the confidence to fulfill my weight loss journey and has showed me "yes I can do it" the light is at the end of the tunnel and iam full steam ahead.
