I began the challenge with 198 lb. and my goal was to reach 180 lb. In the 8 week of the challenge, my weight went down to 177 lb. I went beyond my goal. I begin my mornings with a Vanilla MRP with Blueberries, 2 Complete Burns, and 3 Essential Vitamins. At noon, I have a Super Greens with 2 scoops of Fiber Plus in 8 oz. of orange juice and an apple. At about 3 PM I have a chocolate MRP and around 5 or 6 I have a regular dinner with up to 4 Digest Ultra. I also take 2 YOR Probiotics, and 4 YOR Repair before going to bed. The first 4 weeks I did Zumba 4 or 5 days a week for 1 hour. I was not able to exercise during the last 4 weeks (job conflict). Though I had been using the products consistently, I was on a weight plateau for a few months. The challenge renewed my initiative and I started losing the weight again. Needless to say it's been life changing because I crossed the 100 lb. weight loss mark from when I started using Yor Health. I actually chose to participate in another health challenge held by the school I work at for some extra motivation. The results have been pretty encouraging and reassuring that YOR Health products are superior to anything out there. In 7 weeks of that challenge, I am far ahead of the competition with 10.8% of weight lost compared to 7.3% at the closest percentage. The other participants are using different weight loss products, but they obviously don't compare to mine. :) In the end, I will win the challenge at my school, and I hope to win the YOR Health Best Body Challenge as well. Either way, I win because I look and feel younger than I have in a very long time!
