Hi,
My name is Chris and I started this challenge at 129kgs and finished at 118kgs, resulting in a 11kg loss in 8 weeks without going to the gym.
I used the shakes as snacks and would usually have 2 shakes a day (in between main meals). I also had digests and vitamins after each meal and probiotics and repair before bed each night.
I worked out on a daily basis, except for 1 week, where I was sick with gastro. I wanted to prove to myself and others you can lose a significant amount of weight without going to the gym.
I feel alot more energetic. My fitness has improved a lot and I'm 11kgs closer to my weight goal of 85kgs. The most awesome thing is inspiring others to improve their health and take action.
