I LOVE the 8 week challenge!

It has literally changed my health and helped me create fitness goals that are challenging and push me beyond my comfort zone. This challenge jump-started my 6 month training to my first fitness competition in March. I lost 6 lbs of fat, 3% body fat and gained a lot of lean muscle.

My diet plan consists of carb cycling, so on medium and high carb days, I use the MRP to make protein pancakes in the morning and always end the night with a MRP shake. I use the fiber in EVERY shake I make... I take the digest ultra with 2-3 meals per day ( I eat a lot of meat which is harder to digest)... I take a probiotic every night... I use the repair to help with muscle recovery because I lift heavy 5-6 days a week... and I take the berry blast religiously to help with energy throughout the day and to give my body energy for my workout- and because it tastes so good! I could not live without the berry blast or the repair!

This challenge helped me get into the good habits and routines that I need to commit to for the next 4 months. My first fitness competition is on March 29 and I couldn't be more excited. I want to drop 10-15 lbs and 6-7% more body fat over those 4 months using the products and lifting heavy; I plan to WIN and help launch the YOR brand within the US fitness competition world in the Spring. I cannot be more excited to develop a team of fit people, fueling their bodies with natural nutrition and supporting a brand that commits to full health (physical and mental) and happiness. I love sharing this with others and I love how passionate I have become about health and fitness through the challenge. It is literally the biggest passion of my life... I wake up every day motivated by it and go to sleep every night satisfied by it. When I have bad days, I think about the end goal and my role models within the company and they motivate me to just keep going. I absolutely love the challenge and the products and am so excited about what I have achieved and will continue to achieve over the coming months.
