pues desde siempre he sido una persona muy delgada la cual le cuesta mucho subir de masa de maza muscular el MRP me ha ayudado a mantenerme en forma ya que gracias a el me mantengo al peso ya que debido al estrés del día a día quemo muy rápido las calorías y la verdad lo utilizo mucho como snack y en el desayuno después de hacer ejercicio regularmente el ejercicio que estaba haciendo era 3 veces por semana
