I've been taking YOR Health products for over a year now and wow I noticed the difference. I thought I'd take part in the challenge to help boost my motivation and keep me going towards my ultimate goal.
The products I use are YOR probiotics (1 capsule day and night), YOR Digest Ultra with meals and I cannot survive my day without the YOR Supergreens and Berry Blast.
Throughout the challenge I exercised 5-6 days a week incorporating both weights and some HIIT cardio sessions. The challenge has taught me consistency is key, as yes I did have my off days with eating and struggled but I pulled through and still achieved some great results.
I plan to keep going with the products and this lifestyle as I enjoy pushing myself and striving the reach my goals and love seeing how my body can change!
