This has been a real ride!
9 weeks ago I was ridiculously sceptical about yor health. I decided that I really couldn’t pass judgement until I had tried the products and what better way to start then to just jump straight into an 8 week challenge!
I had always considered myself 'up' with health. 9 weeks ago I would have said I was the healthiest I had ever been. Boy was I wrong! Through yor health my eyes really were opened through the education that comes with taking the products. I really hadn’t read a lot about the 4 pillars of health, and didn’t know how much I was struggling with everyday life.
I noticed a difference within the first few days. I felt so much more "awake". I felt really alert during work, and for once I felt rested.
I would take a Berry blast, Super Greens and Fibre every morning (after the first week I’d only take fibre ever 3-4 days). I would have a MRP for breakfast- I usually add chia seeds and some maca powder in it too. Along with my vitamins.
At lunch I had a salad every weekday. MIX IT UP! There are so many healthy, delicious and filling salads out there! Don't be boring! I LOVE my food, and I know that I will just binge or have bad cravings if my food isn’t really yummy. I would have vitamins and a digest with lunch.
I generally exercise after work, So before my work out I would have another super greens and berry blast. ESPECIALLY if I was having a hard core work out, now knowing that exercise is acidic. I would have another MRP after my weight sessions.
Dinner is usually meat and veg. Again, I like to make amazing food. Herbs and spices are my best friend! Digest with dinner and more vitamins.
Of course I would have a Probiotic before bed.
I did have a cheat meal a week, though I made sure I dined out so I couldn’t bring anything back into the house. 80-20 people! We're not super human!
I had 2 x half hr weight sessions a week, and ran 30 mins 2/3 times a week. Occasionally a boot camp here and there. I didn't want to be a body builder, but I was open to the idea of my health improving, and getting better results in my work outs. Because I feel rested, and energised, it's a lot less effort to work out when I get home. I find my stamina has improved dramatically too.
I used to get bad wind and have uncomfortable digestive problems. It's safe to say that no longer exisits! I feel light and have not felt uncomfortable once in this whole 8 weeks (apart from maybe the first few days). The probiotic, super greens, berry blast and digest are my MUST have's. Everything else is just an added bonus!
I have dropped body fat, and even though it wasn’t my intention to loose any weight, I lost weight as well. My muscle mass has increased, and was asked " do you do cross-fit?" at least once a week I swear haha!
I honestly think, that I could never go off these products. The difference it has made to the way I feel is not something I could ever give up! I now strongly believe in the products and everything that they stand for. I now have my whole family and some friends onto it and they are noticing the benefits. I have become a Independent representative with the company and am looking forward to see where it can take me. I've gotten a new spark in my life to promote being healthy and happy, and I love it!
