Este es mi primer reto y aunque no llegue a mi meta me sirvió pata ser mas constante en mi dieta y ejercicio que cuando solo lo intentaba hacer por mi cuenta. Solo logre bajar 2kg, pero ahora tengo mas condición que antes.
Los productos que utilice fueron de desayuno el YOR MRP con una porción de Fiber Plus, con la que quede encantada porque además de saber muy rica si me deja satisfecha. Con la comida tomaba el Digest Ultra y algunas tardes el SuperGreens acompañado de fruta picada.
Aunque procuraba hacer ejercicio más de tres veces a la semana, algunas semanas fue difícil conseguirlo.
Aunque ya se haya acabado el reto seguiré siendo constante para recuperar mi peso y mantener hábitos saludables que he adquirido en estos últimos meses.
