Hola retadores!
Mi peso de antes fue de 88.3 kg y el de despues fue de 87.5 kg
Los productos que use fueron todas las mañanas tomarme un Supergreens en ayunas en conjunto con 2 tabletas de Essencial Vitamins, 1 Probiotics Ultra y 2 Repair.
Camino a mi trabajo me tome una porcion de Yor Shake MRP con Fiber Plus.
A media mañana que entra el sueño me tome 1 sobre de Berry Blast, para tener mas energia.
A la hora de la comida, estuve comiendo pollo pescado y verduras junto con 2 tabletas de Essential Vitamins y 1 pastilla de Digest Ultra.
En la tarde si me daba hambre trataba de comer fruta o cacahuates naturales o arandanos.
De cena otra porcion de Yor Shake MRP de lunes a viernes y el sabado y domingo libre, tratando de cuidar que fueran alimentos lo mas sanos y "no engordativos" posibles como las grasas y las harinas.
Durante este reto me fue imposible hacer ejercicio, ni caminar, ya que debido a un efecto secundario de la radioterapia que me dieron, me inflamo un poco el corazon y el doctor me recomendo no correr, ni tener actividad fisica.
Aun asi baje casi 1 kg y pues mi proximo reto comenzare a caminar y trotar un poco para poder bajar mas rapido activando mi metabolismo con los productos de YorHealth!
