This challenge was a tough one. My workload with the Navy was exponentiated due to the government shutdown and I was unable to get to the gym as much as I would have liked. Because of this, I made sure to run in the mornings and hit the gym in the evenings as much as my schedule would allow me to. The one constant I had was the entire product line, which allowed me to keep some semblance of a routine in my life. Without the products, my results wouldn't have been nearly as dramatic. I feel like I tried hard and succeeded for the most part, but my goal of 210 lbs. seemed to dangle just out of reach. With my next challenge, I plan on putting forth more effort despite what my schedule says I can and I will be back better and stronger in 8 weeks time. But for now, Turkey! Happy Thanksgiving!
