Despuès de 8 semanas, logré cumplir mi meta de definición. seguí haciendo mi misma rutina de ejercicios, solo agregué los productos a mi rutina diaria. YOR SHAKE con YOR FIBER PLUS despuès de entrenar y como cena, BERRY antes del entrenamiento, en la mañanita mis PROBIOTICOS, SUPER GREENS como snack 2 veces al dìa, y despuès de entrenar REPAIR!!! y como nueva!!!
Logré bajar 6 cm de cinturaa!!! mi ropa se ve mejor, ya no se me salta la "lonjita" del short, y mi abdomen y piernas lucen mejor que nunca!!!
