Estoy contenta ya que con YorHealth mi embarazo (que además es el primero) ha sido de lo mejor.
He subido 1.5 kilos por mes, pasé de 68 a 71 kg, lo cual está algo arriba de mi meta que era de 1 kg por mes.
Sin embargo, estoy muy satisfecha ya que mi médico me ha dicho que las Essential Vitamin y el MRP cumplen con todos los requerimientos nutricionales que necesito.
Además, la fibra me ha ayudado a mantener bien mi digestión, ya que al inicio del embarazo sufrí un poco de estreñimiento.
