Estoy super contenta porque el reto me ah dado la esperanza de tener la mejor forma que pudiera tener en mi vida. Despues de dos hijos nunca crei poder marcar mi cuerpo. Y mas de una manera muy sencilla. Gracias a los excelentes productos eh mejorado muchisimo mi digestion y me da la garantia de una mejor nutricion y mejores defensas ya que no me enfermo como antes.Ademas me encanta como me queda mi ropa. Mi rutina es tomar el Yor shake como desayuno, con los alimentos tomo el digest y entre comidas el supergreens y el berry que me renueva mis energias. Introduje un poco ejercicio 3 veces por semana, y pude subir 2 kg de musculo.
