Hello there! What a 8 Week Challenge is been Fun & Hard ride all the way, for me the harder part is been the food, because for me getting some Weight is been really difficult for years, try to eat clean & healthy Uff... is really a Challenge, and also I always have skin issues that make me take care of what I eat even more, but thanks to my products of Yor Health everything becomes more easy to take at home or in the Go! Thanks to the Goal that this challenge make you set & that I make it public on Facebook, that make me be more compromise to really do My best because is not only me now is a group of friends & family that is looking at my progress so that give me the drive to push myself and make it possible. What I love more is that I'm on the way of a Best Body YES! but also a Better Health for a better Future.
