I'm so HAPPY to have officially finished the 2nd cycle of my 8 Week Challenge. I said to myself I'm tired of procrastinating and am going to be determined to get into the best body I've ever had!

Throughout my entire life I have always enjoyed the benefits of health and fitness. I have always been active in sports, martial arts, and anything that gets my body moving.

However, growing up I always struggled with gaining weight and keeping muscle definition. I was always the skinniest student in class. Even through becoming a personal trainer I had never been able to fully develop the body I wanted. My diet was still inconsistent, and I had used several other supplements which did little to improve my overall wellness. I had never fully experienced what perfect nutrition can feel like.

Having the opportunity to join and continue the 8 week challenge has truly been a blessing. My starting weight for this challenge was 158lbs. My end weight is 163lbs and I have never looked or had more energy in my entire life! Each week I could feel myself becoming stronger, more defined, and increasingly more confident. I had made a commitment to myself that I will discipline myself to not only complete this challenge, but push myself to transform my body into the best it's ever been.

Using the products in the entire Promoter Set has helped give me my best body. I am in love with the YOR Shake, Supergreens, and adding in the Muscle Energy makes me feel like Superman after workouts! Training as hard as I do my body needed to be able to recover and I feel so refreshed every day to go back and workout again and again.

I want this to be able to be an example for everyone out there that they can make a healthy change in their lifestyle if they just make the decision and commit to it. Even as a personal trainer I want to be able to be a role model for everyone out.
