My before weight was 82 kg (182 LBS), and my after weight is 85kg (187 LBS), which is 5 kg (13 LBS) short of my goal. Looking back at that, my goal weight was unrealistic for the time frame, as I would have put on too much fat in order to reach that.
The main products I used in order to achieve my transformation were Berry Blast, Supergreens, Vanilla MRP, and Repair. I took each of these products once daily, sometimes twice where I felt necessary. I stuck to a 5-day split routine in the gym every week, consisting of back, chest, legs, shoulders, and arms workouts. I was able to increase the intensity of my workouts as well as my strength, and my recovery time was shorter, and overall I gained the muscle that I has planned to.
The challenge has had a positive impact on my life, as in the space if 8 weeks, I was able to set a goal, hold my self accountable and work towards it, and then improve my body thanks to the challenge and especially thanks to the products fueling and repairing my body.
I will definitely re-enter the challenge again and continue to set myself 8 week transformation goals in order to get to a much higher level much more efficiently, and whilst having a lot more fun as I'm doing this challenge with friends and get to see their goals, progress, and results, and be challenged and inspired.
