Hi my name is Rehan and I am 23 years old and live in Melbourne VIC. I have always been the skinny kid while growing up and would be seen as an easy target for bullies to pick on, I went through many bad experiences from primary school through to the middle of high school. I began weight training at a young age to regain my confidence and self worth, I then became obsessed with becoming bigger. With lack of knowledge about the human anatomy and nutrition I saw little results. The only thing I knew was that I had to eat a lot more food, so that's what I did. I bought a mass gainer protein and would have that twice a day as well as 4-5 large meals. I did see some muscular results but more so the weight gain. I felt bloated all the time and had a big stomach. I would look back at photos and would have never thought I would miss being slimmer.


I have been a part of the company for a fair while and fell in love with the products since day one, I have seen the numerous success stories from the 8WC. That is when I decided to enter myself into YOR Best Body 8 week challenge. I decided I'm going to cut the body fat and enjoy summer without thinking I look too bloated to go to the beach.


My starting weight was 74kgs (approx. 163lbs) and my end weight is 63kgs (approx. 138lbs)
I exercised 5-6 times a week. Which consisted of high intensity training.


The products I used were; supergreens, berry blast, fibre, choc MRP, probiotics, repair, digest and essential vitamin.
I would never start my morning without supergreens, berry blast and fibre and 2 essential vitamins. MRP and Repair post workout. 1 digest and 2 vitamins with my lunch and dinner. 1 repair and probiotics before bed.
I found having the products daily helped me with all the struggles people would usually have while on a strict diet. I was energetic, had fast recovery, still able to push hard in the gym and the best absorption and activation. The products really improve a quality of life.


It was a hell of a journey. I have never dieted before, during the week I am working at a cheesecake shop, I had to either eat before or be careful of what I ate when I went out with friends, my parents cook beautiful meals of all types which I couldn't eat. I know exactly how hard it is to stick to a strict eating plan and it sucks. But I fought all the cravings and temptations and overcame all these obstacles.
I hope I have inspired people to take it upon them to make the change to better themselves. I want to show everyone they can achieve a good body if they show discipline and commitment to themselves.
It's not going to be easy, but it will be worth it.
