I have never been the type to call myself over weight by any means, but I knew once I quit being active with sports out of high school, I let my body and health go. Yor Health has changed not only the way I feel everyday, but also my overall perspective on living a healthy lifestyle.
At the start of the 8 weeks, I was hesitant only because I had tried so many different options and techniques but none of them seemed to work for me. I began my challenge by drinking the YOR MRP's (vanilla) once, or sometimes twice a day, depending on how busy I was. Along with the MRP's, I would also mix the supergreens with a type of juice, or even sometimes my vanilla MRP's and make a very tasty green monster! After a few weeks, I began to crave the shake and experimented with adding different foods to it like PB2. As far as workouts went, it was a goal of mine to make it to the gym at least three times a week with my busy schedule, even if it was only for 30 minutes. In the gym, if you are working hard, every minute counts.
My goal was to lose 15 pounds but it never was all about the weight. I ended up losing 10 pounds, but gained more confidence than I had. To me, that is all that really mattered because confidence is key. With that said, I am extremely happy with my results of this 8 week challenge and I can honestly say that Yor Health has changed my views on how I live my life, both mentally and physically. I cannot wait to start the rest of my journey!
