Hi, My name is Andrea, I am a single mommy to my wonderful energetic 5 yr old son named Jeremy, he is the main reason why I am committed to getting into the Best Shape of my LIFE!! Growing up I was not very health conscience, nor was my family, then when I finally lost some weight the unhealthy way I became pregnant and was not able to lose the baby weight.

Joining the challenge has kept me consistently losing weight. I believe we can all agree that with every completed cycle we become more knowledgeable on how to reach better results each time. This is my 3rd cycle I have completed … and I have lost 10 lbs. ?

I exercised daily and of course I couldn’t do it without The Yor Health Promoter set helping me, because I use the entire synergistic line, its super convenient! My regimen consisted of 5:30am repair and probiotics then Complete burn for my 6am insanity workouts, Right after working out I filled my tummy with some Delicious either Yor Vanilla MRP or Yor Chocolate. Digest and vitamin for the bigger meals. I am also a BIG fan of the Supergreens mixed with Berry Blast. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!! H2o is very important. My last week of the Cycle I was involved in a car accident and was not able to exercise due to sustained back injury, but I still maintained the lost weight because of the products.

Thanks to the 8-week challenge, it has allowed me to have a better life style. I am not only shedding pounds but also setting new healthy eating and exercise habits for my family and Jeremy to adopt and live healthy while having FUN!
