Comencé este reto después de venir de un reto mayor como la perdida e 16 kilos y 4 tallas de mi primer reto en la categoría de adelgazar ,sintiéndome muy satisfecha con lo que yor health logro en mi vida,viendo los resultados sorprendentes de mi antes y mi después, con una mejor salud y un físico que me llenaba de satisfacción,y mas motivada aun ,me propuse lograr ahora definir mi cuerpo y tomando los productos y combinándolos con una rutina de ejercicios y buena alimentación, en mis primeras ocho semanas de la categoría definir, este es mi resultado satisfactorio por supuesto,logrando subir 2 kilos 200 gr.de masa muscular ,definiendo mi espalda y brazos ,tomando todos los productos de mi paquete fitness, logré mi meta. Gracias yor health,porque logré volver a verme y sentirme excelente,y gracias también a todos los que pertenecemos a esta gran familia por su apoyo y motivación.
