This last 8 week challenge was definitely a challenge. I traveled and gave myself excuses while away. Thankfully I had the full product line in convenience packaging and that's what helped me digest the foods and still be able to go down 2lbs!!! Although I didn't reach my goal I was proud not to have put on any additional weight as well as get great energy from taking my products and eating smaller portions. I've learned from my habits on the road and have decided to change them. My next 8 week challenge I will continue to progress as I have done over the course of the last 2 years taking the Yor Health product line. My next goal is to drop 6lbs and reach 60 total pounds lost!!! Time to grind and get shredded!!! #iminthechallenge
