I tore my left ACL in 2011 and had been struggling with knee pain and a lack of strength and confidence ever since. I was always really athletic and loved to be active, including playing basketball, hiking, swimming, baseball and/or any outdoor activity. However, after my injury I lost a tremendous amount of athletic ability and my knee ached constantly. Consequently, I stopped being active and became quasi-depressed.
This all changed when I was introduced to YOR Health and the premium health products. I began taking the meal replacement and YOR Complete burn daily when this challenge started. Additionally, I started working out 5-6 days a week doing a variety of activities including lifting weights, aerobics, plyometrics and cardio exercises. Now I am happy to report that I feel 100x stronger and I no longer have any knee pain. In fact my athleticism has returned and I am now as quick and explosive now as I was prior to my knee injury. This is best highlighted by the fact that I led my local basketball team in scoring and we won the D-1 championship two weeks ago! Big thanks to YOR Health and its products and culture for giving me the courage and inspiration to improve my health!

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
