Al inicio del reto todo parecía estar en mi contra, soy sobrecargo y viajo mucho, lo que dificulta una buena alimentación y a pesar de que mi refri se descompuso y no pude hacer todo el ejercicio que hubiera querido , me encantó ver que pude mantener en forma y gracias a los productos seguir sintiéndome bien y aún así ver resultados.
Estuve yendo al gimnasio entre dos y tres veces a la semana y estuve tomando los productos del Best Body: los probióticos y el repair en ayunas, el digest y las vitaminas en las comidas, el licuado me lo tomaba saliendo del gimnasio junto con el Supergreens y la fibra. :)
Me he dado cuenta de que el estar en el reto me ha dado una oportunidad más de lidiar también con los días malos , ya que antes dejaba que mis problemas me ganaran y ahora me voy al gimnasio no sólo a sacar las toxinas de mi cuerpo pero también las de mi mente.
