Empeze este ciclo con 70kg y lo termine con 71kg y mas fuerza que el anterior.
Mi reto simpre ha sido definirme y tener cuerpo atletico, poco a poco los productos de Yor Health me han a yudado a tener un estilo de vida mas saludable, y no me es dificil mantenerlo.
este ciclo varié un poco la forma de tomarme los productos, antes de empezar a entrenar me tomaba media porcion de Yor muscle energy para tener energia durante el entrenamiento, terminaba mi entrenamiento y me tomaba la otra porción para recuperar el glucógeno, 10 minutos despues mi yor shake con fiber plus.

la variación del yor muscle energy me ayudo a darme mas potencia en el ejercicio y a no comprometer la proteína de la yor shake después del ejercicio, así pude aumentar un poquito de masa muscular.
ahora antes de dormir ya me quiero despertar para irme con mis amigos a entrenar, el reto lo hace mas divertido por que puedo hacer mas ejercicios en mis entrenamientos.
