comencé el reto pesando 82kg no estaba conforme con mi cuerpo porque tenia malestares y ahora peso 78kg pero ademas mis malestares desaparecieron, tome durante mi reto la mayoría de los productos y desde la primer semana vi resultados, me sentí mejor y con el poco ejercicio que consta en ir cada que no me da flojera a correr eh ir a crossfit 2 veces a la semana pude tonificar mi cuerpo un poco mas de lo q imaginaba poder hacerlo ya que nunca me a gustado mucho ir al gimnasio.

Después de tomar los productos por primera vez creo que nunca dejare de tomarlos y creo que todos los que están en un reto pensaran lo mismo que yo al terminar y vean sus resultados. A lo mejor no llegan a su peso que querían llegar pero los beneficios de tomar yor son muchos mas parte de bajar de peso y tonificar, yo soy un chavo de apenas 18 años y estoy contento porque disminuyo un poco mi problema de acné eso para mi es algo magnifico.
