I used the slim packet to get to my size today. Every day I wake up around 6:30 am and I take one pill of probiotic ultra and 2 scoop of MRP. For lunch I take another two scoop of MRP and during dinner, I would eat something light; such as chicken salads.
I am a full time student and have a part-time job, so i do not really have time for working out. Although, every night before I go to sleep, I would do 3sets of 20 push-up and set-ups.
