Mi peso inicial fue de 76.5 kg. cuando adquirí los productos de Yor Health Fitness.
Los productos que usé a lo largo de las 8 semanas fueron el MRP, Berry Blast, Probiotics, Digest, Repair y el SuperGreens; los usé de lunes a sábado las 8 semanas.
Combinado con el ejercicio, en mi caso Crossfit, los resultados fueron estupendos, desde más energía en el WOD del Crossfit y a lo largo del día en las actividades diarias en el trabajo. Mi alimentación se mejoró y me siento de maravilla.
Mi peso final fue de 69.5 kg.
