my body was not in its best health. I trained a lot in kung fu and kickboxing (almost 6 days a week) and tai chi was also in my routine. However, the body was improving very slowly where fatigue would get to me before the week was even over. This was due to long hours of work as a food scientist where I would wake up before the sun comes up but return home after the sun had set. The body wasn't resting enough and nutrition was ignored. There wasn't enough time to cook a nice meal. I grabbed whatever I could to tie over the hunger so I could try to make it to work or training on time. With luck, Sifu Romain had a guest come over our school. He made it mandatory for us to come that night. That is when I met Eddie. He showed us a video and stated how the nutrition system could change everything. I was a giant skeptic. He hooked me in when he stated that if I emptied out the container and still felt there was no change before the 30 days was up, I could return the empty containers and they give me a full refund. I thought to myself that I had nothing to lose. It was worth a shot. The first day I drank MRP, I noticed that training was going along much more smoothly. For one thing, I was not starving. I ordered this with the digest plus and frankly I kept forgetting to take this after the first few vote. My plate would be cleaned by the time I looked at the bottle. I can say that now, I have grown into the habit of pausing after two bites to take the Digest plus. Two weeks passed, and I was able to go all out in my training. What I also noticed was that my mood was wonderful. I was not exhausted and drained. My outlook was exponentially brighter. When my muscles burned, I laughed. By the end of the night after training, I had the "good soreness" al over my body. I still caught a cold here and there, but it lasted half the time it. After four weeks, I come to realize that I hadn't been having hay fever. My friends and family were sneezing with a stuffy nose as I watched and chugged my shake. If the shake and digest plus was benefiting me this much, I had to try the super greens. My goodness. My body really liked it. For one thing, I had another boost of energy. My skin was improving and someone came up to me stating how I got so much better at the mat. I was liking where this was taking me. So this is my last week in the challenge, but not my last week with Yor Health. I will continue to take this product and I am excited to see where it will take me.
