I got involved in the Challenge when my wife joined. I decided that I would be more likely to have will-power if I participated with someone else. My goals in starting the Challenge were two fold -- First to lose some weight; and second to feel better by having more energy. My starting weight was 255 lbs. I finished at 240 lbs, a loss of 15 lbs.
I used several products -- YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Digest Ultra, and YOR Essential Vitamins almost every day. I used the YOR Berry Blast most every weekday after lunch. I used the YOR MRP as a meal replacement several times per week. And finally, I used the YOR Super Greens occasionally, mostly towards the end of the Challenge.
I began the Challenge with the intention of exercising regularly. I exercised by walking and doing light workouts for about the first two weeks. Then, I slipped into bad habits, and didn't take the time to exercise.
The Challenge has had a significant impact on my life. For the first time in a long time, I have had energy. I used to come home from work, sit down on the couch, and was ready to fall asleep shortly after. Since taking the YOR products, I have more energy, and don't feel ready to fall asleep the moment I get home from work. I lost about half of the weight that I wanted to lose.
By participating in the Challenge, I helped my wife and son lose substantial weight. My wife lost over 30 lbs and my son lost 40 lbs. My family is the main reason for me to become more healthy, and having them lose weight made the Challenge a success for me.
I feel that if I start another Challenge, and that I use the YOR products faithfully and exercise even occasionally, I could easily exceed my weight loss goal.
