My starting weight was 237lbs. I broke my arm and that was my weight at the doctors office. I went and weighed in and now weigh 192 lbs. I am only 14 years old but really needed the life change.
I started this change when my mom threw away all the snacks. She bought us fresh fruits and vegetables to snack on. She did buy raisins, nuts, and veggie straws after a while. My dad and I used the family set. I would have a shake for breakfast, eat lunch at school, a shake and a snack when I got home from school, and then a reasonable dinner. I like the change in my body. I do need to work out more. I only worked out a few times during this challenge. My clothes are too big and are being replaced. I feel so much better. I have more self confidence too. I still have a ways to go, and will start working out and I will not gain the weight again. I cannot wait for my physical in February the doctor is going to be surprised. Thanks to YOR I am learning how to eat for the rest of my life.
