Batalle para mantenerme en el gimnasio por tiempos laborales, las ultimas 3 semanas me aplique y obtuve una gran definicion.
Al dia de hoy llevo mas de 4 años en el gimnasio. Obtener excelentes resultados es una tarea dificil ya que hay que ser muy aplicado no faltando al gimnasio y con una estricta dieta alimenticia.
