As I Began using YorHealth's Products I notice a dramatic difference within a week of using them. Within the First 2 weeks I have dropped a total of 5 lbs. That encouraged and motivated me to continue to lose weight. I used the products everyday for about a month, but realized it was soon to be Thanksgiving. I had to up my game to lose more weight before Thanksgiving so ended up losing an additional 5 lbs. totaling in 10 lbs. Thanksgiving started and I was surprised that I maintained my weight after eating all that food. It amazed me of how well the products worked. But not only did I have to use the products, I had to work out hard everyday too. I would use weights for about 1-2 hours then about 30 min to 1 hour of cardio to help trim the fat. It took a lot of mental strength to get up everyday, do your daily routine with the MRP's, workout hard, then eat good and healthy foods, along with product pills that YorHealth Provided me, and finally a long good nights rest. So now I'm weighing in at 175 lbs from 184. So about 10 lbs. total in weight lose. But wait, let me clarify that, within those 10 lbs of weight, the majority is fat lose. I've not only lost weight but gain strength and muscle. Normally if people would to lose weight, they would lose strength and a bit of muscle too. But I gained strength. I used to be able to Bench Press only 185lbs for 1 rep. Within my 8 week challenge, I am now able to do 225lbs for 1 rep. I have increased my strength by about 40lbs. That may not be a lot but to me, that is success. Every little success adds up. Every little weight lost, counts. So I believe that if YorHealth can help me, then it can help others achieve their goals. It has been a challenge indeed. As you are reading This I will still be working out hard and so should you.
