Hoy termine mis 8 semanas de reto estoy muy feliz porque se que fue un buen comienzo para mi siguiente reto, yo siempre he sido delgada pero con esa pancita que es muy difícil de bajar. mi peso antes de empezar el reto era de 53 kilos, logre bajar 3 kilos y aumentar 1 en masa corporal, me siento mas delgada y tonificada, pero aun le voy a echar ganas para mi segundo reta tener aun mas resultados.
Al iniciar el día me tomaba 1 yor probiotics ultra, en la mañana Yor MRP con Yor fiber plus, antes del almuerzo 1 yor digest ultra y en el almuerzo 2 Yor vitaminas, en la tarde el Yor super greens y Yor Berry blast solo cuando me sentía cansada después de hacer ejercicio, en la noche tomaba una porción de Yor MRP, 2 yor vitaminas y antes de dormir 2 Yor repair.
Hacia ejercicio 3 veces a la semana durante 1 hora.
