So, here is my little testimonial

I started gym at the beginning of my 8 week challenge !
It was new for me but I did it 3times a week.

Tuesday with Bodypump
Wednesday weith lifting
Thursday weith lifting

(I was exercing the full body not only the arms etc.)

I took the products almost everyday like this :

Every morning :
- MRP
- Supergreens
- Fiber
- Berryblast

- 2x vitamins
- 1x probiotics

Every lunch :
- digest Ultra
- 2x vitamins
- Omega 3

Every evening :
- digest Ultra
- 2x vitamins

Before going to bed :
- Lutein
- Glucosamine
- Calcium & Magnesium

(some days I was not taking Glucosamine and Calcium)

Everytime I was going to the gym I was taking 1 MRP or Muscle Fuel Energy
Everytime I finished the Gym I was taking 1 supergreens

I see great results on my body by visual and also by my strengh I m lifting much more than when I started.

I feel now more "fresh" everyday and want to continue on my goal to weight minimum 76KG for my health.
I eat much more healthy now than before.

My weith before was 71.3 and now 72.9

I m gonna continue even if Christmass and New Year are coming soon.

This is a great challenge and it can change your way of living.

J'ai commencé le fitness au début de mon challenge de 8 semaines et c'était quelque chose de tout nouveau pour moi. J'y vais 3fois par semaine.

Mardi avec le bodypump
Mercredi avec des levée de poids
Jeudi avec des levée de poids

(j'exercais le corps complet avec différents exercice et dans un ordre différent chaque fois)

Chaque fois que j'allais au fitness, je prenais un MRP ou un Muscle Fuel Energy
Chaque fois que je finissais le fitness, je prenais un supergreens

J'ai vu d'excellents résultats sur mon corps visuelement et aussi dans la force, car je soulève bien plus que quand j'ai commencé.

Je me sens plus frais de jours en jours et je veux continuer sur mon onjectif d'atteindre minimum 76Kg pour ma santé.
Je mange bien plus sain aujourd'hui.

Mon poid avant était de 71.3Kg aujourd'hui il est de 72.9.

Je vais continuer même si maintenant les fêtes arrivent.
