Tengo 54 anios. es la 2a. vez que entro al reto . A mi edad ya creia que todo lo que estaba pasandome , enfermedades , agotada,insomnio , inflamacion abdominal, dolores de espalda,rodillas, problemas digestivos que ya no encontraba que comer que no me causara molestias .Me inspiro ver las fotos y oir a los que ya tienen resultados con el Reto .Asi decidi mejorar y cuidar mi cuerpo .
Lo primero que me atrajo fue complementar mi alimentacion de forma facil , no imagine siquiera que me sentiria taaan bien , tengo energia que habia perdido hace mas de 20 anios .
En la maniana lo primero que tomo es un vaso de jugo de 24 frutas y verduras, Super Greens , 2 Repair hago poco de ejercicio ,a la hora desayuno con 2 vitaminas. en la comida tomo 2 vitaminas y 1 Enzimas digestivas. En la noche ceno y un vaso de MRP, antes de dormir 1 Probiotics.
Con el Reto mi calidad de vida es Otraaaa !! Aqui estoy disfrutando una nueva vida , me siento muuuy bien ,me estan ayudando a ser mejor persona ,estoy conociendo personas increibles .Agradesco infinito a todos,los que directa e indirectamente estan camiando mi vida!
