Estoy feliz feliz con este ciclo terminado, ya tengo varios que concluyo y los cambios para bien siguen notando se, cada vez es más fácil seguir y no dejar mis metas atrás :)
Mi rutina es:
1 berry Blast por la mañana antes de entrenar junto a 10 almendras
Después de entrenar: un YOR Shake con 1 scoop de fibra y 1 scoop de supergreens.
En mi hora de comida y cena agrego mis essential vitaminas así como también mi Digest ultra.
Esto es más que un reto para mi, es ya un estilo de vida!!
