My job requires a lot of time on traveling. Since I have this duties, is too hard to get healthy meals and time for workout.
My weight before to start my 3rd cycle on this was 78 kg. I thought I was in my limit, because on the first cycles I got that weight using a couple of products such as Vitamins, MRP and Super Greens.
Now, based on food program I got from an specialist and friend, I am in a weight I never seen since first years of college!! 76 kg!!!
I reduced carbs and rise the protein on my meals. I added a couple snacks (5 meals by day) and started to use another great products I never used: YOR Digest Ultra before each meal and the Probiotics by night. And I keep my portions of supergreens and the shake.
Something different was a couple of friends with shipping address on USA helped me to get the american product presentation for the shake and supergreens (on separate little bags) and that made easy to keep using products on my trips.
besides, I kept my workout sessions on 4-5 days by week, even weekends.

I will keep my Nutritionist sessions and I will increase the weight I lift on the gym... for my 4th cycle.
