This was my second go at the 8 week challenge. But the first one that I actually finished due to having major jaw surgery in the middle of my first challenge which set me back a long way. Where I lost 12kgs and was the skinniest I had been in several years!! So I decided to give it a go again and put in 110% for the whole 8 weeks. And I'm happy to announce that I did reach my goal weight of 70, dropping a lot of the fat that I was holding around the stomach.

It definitely wasn't easy but I had several people around me with incredible support.

I have been taking the products for just about 2 years now, and I swear by them on a daily basis. But I got really strict with them during the 8 weeks and also started to eat a lot healthier. What I started to see was that I dropped a lot of weight around the stomach area when I cleaned up my eating and used the products a lot more.
I can confidently say that I wouldn't have gotten these kind of results in the time if it wasn't for the products. Especially coming up to summer I wanted to look good and feel great, so I really pushed myself to the limit throughout the 8 weeks.
And now I look the best that I've ever looked, I feel incredible on a daily basis, exercise consistently, am extremely happy with the results and will definitely give the 8 week challenge another go in the new year.
