In the beginning of my challenge group I was 140 pounds and now I am 137 pounds! I wanted to mainly focus on my stomach and flatten it out and I did! But I also wants to improve my stamina and strength in soccer which I have! I've been able to play longer and stronger without huffing and puffing to much! Haha I've been taking the digestive enzymes to get more nutrition from the healthier choice in food I've been making, vitamins with my meals 6 capsules per day and at night I would take my probiotic ultra. In the morning I would start my day off with SuperGreens, MRP, fiber ultra, and Berry blast and I did not miss one day! It's a habit now :) but what impressed me the most was my back and arms! As you can see they have change dramatically (from what I see). And for the first time ever at work a co worker of mine complimented on my skin saying "your skin is so clean and bright!" Wow! Never in a million years would I ever expect that! Haha thanks to the challenge I'm seeing improvements on an everyday basis :)
