HOLAAA FAMILIA!!!

Mi peso antes del reto era de 78 y hoy estoy feliz de pesar 69 y 2 tallas menos en tan solo 8 semanas. de ser talla 13, he pasado a talla 9
(al ingresar mi peso por primera vez, tuve un error, no eran 74, lo correcto eran 78).. cuando uno es nueva en algo, se le complica.

realmente me sorprende lo rápido que funciona, porque desde la segunda semana note cambios y de verdad que mi peso y mi salud cambio totalmente.
