Mi primer reto fue una experiencia motivadora ya que al consumir. Los suplementos yor health y hacer una rutina de ejercicios constante se ven los cambios físicos y emocionales día a día perdiendo pesó motivando a muchas personas. A buscar el cambio seguiré en el segundo reto me siento con mucha energía ,fue una etapa nueva en mi vida ya que me era difícil hacer ejercicio o hacer una rutina constante , un estilo de vida. Que fue gracias a yor health,mi forma de utilizar el producto es en la mañana un probiotico despues ir hacer ejercicio y tomar malteaa , primera colacion un super green al comer si es solido un digest y la cena aveces tomar malteada, hago ejercicio minimo 5 dias a la semana consistente en una rutina con pesas de una hora aproximadamente para cerrar cn 30 min de cardio y series de abdominales
