I started this challenge over because my body went back to its old self almost. I wasn't taking the products and I was too into my first results in the best body challenge that I didnt keep it up and slowly my eating habits starting changing to bad habits. I slowly stop working out. Then, my thighs and butt got bigger. I knew it was time to get back to work. A friend of mind entered the challenge with me. I had to show it worked and felt this is the perfect time to work on my body for the summer. Since also being educated on how to use the products through thermo activation, I got back into it and the use scuplt set. Once the muscle energy was introduced, I took off in my workout. However, I am not seeing all the results that I want because its hard to break bad habits once you make them, but its amazing even with my habits. I am joining the next challenge to really take it serious even more by taking more advantage of the 3 for free. I've gain 13bs, I'm back where I started, and more prepared. Without these products and with my habits, I'd just be wasting my time. I have saved a lot of money on food, eat more but less food each time because of this challenge. The best part is, I started craving for healthier food during the process. Thankyou!
