Joining the Yor Best Body Challenge has been one of the best decision that I have made. It never ceased to surprise me seeing great results not only from everybody else, but also for myself. I joined the challenge not only to become healthy but I wanted to be confident.
Starting from 95 lbs, my goal was to gain 5 lbs of lean muscles and to get toned. Having a very busy life working in healthcare, I could only workout 3 times per week.
I take all of the products everyday and the Yor Shake is definitely my favorite. Here's my regimen:
Upon rising, I take Yor Supergreens, and Yor Fiber with water.
On my way to work, I enjoy my Yor Vanilla Shake.
Every after lunch and dinner, I make sure that I don't forget to take my Yor Digest Ultra with Yor Vitamins to help me break down all the food that eat.
Coming home at night, Yor Super Greens and Yor Fiber not only makes me feel healthy but it also recharges me through out the day.
And by bed time, I make sure that my body would recover from every day physical stress by taking the 2 Yor Repair Ultra.
Every workout days, I add another Yor Shake to my regimen after workout.
I joined the challenge trying to help 3 of the new friends I have met. These girls were not sure about what was about to happen but we all ended our challenge all the same day. Seeing them happy with their results, looking at their pictures side by side is something that really inspired me to help more people. Doing it together has built so much bonding and friendship that the only thing you want to see is the smile on their faces and the victory that they feel. That's what inspires me the most from this challenge. Sharing happiness one person at a time.
