I started this challenge after an amazing few weeks of travel following the Yor Health Annual Conference in California. Inspired by Brisbane's very own Brigitte Pink, I wanted to see just how much further I could push myself in my third challenge. In the lead up to Christmas and with such a busy schedule I found it hard at times to fit in all the exercise and gym sessions I had planned. My diet was crucial at this time and as with my last challenges, sticking to the full Yor Health Product regime was so effective and kept me feeling energised and ready to take on the world each day. I absolutely love using Yor MRP to make healthy snacks to increase my protein intake throughout my sculpt challenge.
I also did a 3 day juice fast during the challenge to detox my body after travellling and had only cabala juice and supergreens for 3 days. I lost 1% body fat and 2kg and was surprised how great I felt!
I completed this challenge at one of my favourtie places in the world (Queensland's Sunshine Coast) and decided there's no better place to take my after shots than in one of the most motivating and inspiring places. I didn't even work out before taking the shots and was so surprised how much I have achieved this time round. I am so grateful to have been able to enter the Yor Health Best Body challenges in 2013 because without them I know I would never have pushed myself to discover what I am capable of and how my body can continue to get better and better.
